After experiencing backed up toilets and what appeared to be a sewer line blockage, I called Venture Plumbing. The owner Glenn answered the phone promptly, discussed the issue with me, and met me at the property within the hour. About a half hour later two of his technicians arrived, Jacob and Tim, who promptly began to locate and diagnose the blockage. Using state-of-the-art equipment we located the pipe and found what appeared to be an impenetrable blockage. Within 24 hours the compromised section of clay pipe was removed — it had a giant root ball — and replaced with PVC and a clean-out to mitigate future problems. Thank you Glenn, Jacob and Tim for your knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm. I highly recommend Venture Plumbing.
